On the east side of the House near the kitchen, the first floor ell contains a servants' pantry and dining area.

The servants' pantry provided a work area as well as a dining and social area for the staff. The space was designed to admit as much natural light as possible.

Remnants of the call bell system for the servants remain. Household staff members used the room for meals, for storage, and possibly as their sitting room.

The room is used by NPS staff and is not seen on House tours.
